Meet
the Dogs!
If you thought you
were only going to see two or three dogs, you're in for a real surprise.
Many of these formerly homeless dogs were considered to
be unadoptable. With proper care and training they have all become our devoted
companions. Many folks have asked me, "Who's your favorite
dog?" They are all my favorites. Each one is special in his or
her own unique way.
So pour a cup of coffee,
get comfortable
and give the page time to load because
boy, do I have a lot of dogs to show you!

Bridget
is one of 120+ Poodles rescued from a
puppy mill. I
fostered twelve of the most severely neglected dogs. One
elderly poodle, Bridget was so severely starved the rescue
organization had planned to euthanize her. So I brought her
home too and hand fed Bridget until she began to eat on her
own. The owners of the puppy mill were successfully
prosecuted and all the dogs were eventually adopted. My
sweet Bridget found her home with me. |

Tri color Collies, Josie and Jessie are sisters that a breeder
no longer wanted. They may be far from show quality, but we
think they're beautiful! |

Spoony is an Italian
Greyhound who was presented to me Christmas of 2002 by someone
who apparently thought I didn't have enough dogs. Although
I wasn't planning to add to our fur family, I love Spoony to
pieces. |
